Product introduction

The unpurified DNA sample contains some PCR inhibitors, so it requires high compatibility of PCR enzymes. The matching Direct PCR Taq Mix in this kit has been optimized and has a strong tolerance to the PCR inhibitors in the unpurified DNA. It can achieve one-step PCR validation of mouse tissue. Direct PCR Taq Mix contains loading dye, which can be directly performed electrophoresis after PCR, so it is time saving and convenient.
